Mini-Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their session. To avoid this, Clients should intend to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their session start time. 

Dena Christine Photography will use this time wisely and try to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. This will include entire family images, images of siblings together, and images of children individually, as long as time allows and children are willing to be photographed.  Sorry, there will be no time for clothing changes. 

I understand that all sales are final. If I am unable to attend my scheduled session for any reason and choose to cancel my session my payment, minus a $95 retainer fee, will be refunded. If Dena Christine Photography is able to fill my original session time a full refund will be given. I understand that I may transfer my session to another family and must notify Dena Christine Photography of such transfer.

I understand that Dena Christine Photography has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish images of me and all parties included in images for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; to copyright the same. No party, other than Dena Christine Photography, may receive a profit for any images taken during the session.

The following terms and conditions outline Dena Christine Photography's responsibilities and the customer/clients responsibilities. Dena Christine Photography agrees to provide services at the location indicated.
